Join Us India is a job portal that connects job seekers and employers across India. By using our platform — browsing, registering, or posting — you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility
- You must be 18 years or older to create an account.
- All information you provide must be accurate and up to date.
- One account per person (seekers) or per company (employers).
3. Job seeker rules
- Profile information must be truthful and accurate.
- Resumes must be your own — no fake or borrowed documents.
- Contact details must be valid and reachable.
- Do not spam-apply to irrelevant jobs.
- No abusive or inappropriate communication with employers.
- Do not share employer contact details obtained through the platform.
- Accounts that violate these rules may be suspended.
4. Employer rules
- Job postings must be for real, currently open positions.
- No fake, misleading, or clickbait job titles.
- Salary ranges, if disclosed, must be honest and match actual offers.
- No discriminatory requirements based on caste, religion, gender, or appearance.
- No MLM, network marketing, or commission-only schemes disguised as jobs.
- Respond to applicants within a reasonable timeframe.
- Do not misuse candidate personal data or resumes for purposes other than hiring.
- Do not charge job seekers any fees.
- Represent your company accurately (name, size, industry).
- One account per company — no duplicate registrations.
- Companies that violate these rules may be suspended or rejected.
5. Account and access
- You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
- Accounts inactive for more than 12 months may be disabled.
- Accounts that violate these terms may be suspended without notice.
- Employer accounts are reviewed and approved by our admin team before activation.
6. Content ownership
- Seekers own their profile data and resume.
- Employers own their job posting content.
- By posting content on the platform, you grant Join Us India permission to display it to other users (job listings to seekers, profiles to employers).
- The platform does not claim ownership of user-generated content.
7. Application process
- Applying to a job shares your profile and resume with the employer (or admin team, depending on the company's access level).
- The platform does not guarantee employment or responses from employers.
- The platform acts as an intermediary — hiring decisions are between the seeker and employer.
- The admin team may screen applications before forwarding them to employers.
8. Payments and subscriptions (employers)
- A free plan is available at no cost.
- Paid plans are billed as described on the pricing page.

9. Limitation of liability
- The platform is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

10. Changes to terms
