1.	I have read /road over and understood the terms & condition of joinus infoservices (India) pvt.ltd. Online agreement and accepted the same without any reservation.

2.	I on my own applying for registering as an independent business associate (IBA) and as I am becoming IBA, I will not have any consumer rights against the company.

3.	I agree that while purchasing and selling company package, I shall act as an independent vendor acting on my own responsibility for all the transactions. I understand that I will not have any employment or an agent relationship with joinus infoservices (India) pvt.ltd or any of its affiliated companies.

4.	I understood and accepted that the company has all the rights to change the sales & marketing plan from time to time depending on circumstances which will be displayed on the company website www.joinusindia.com without sending any notice to me. This will be acceptable to me.

5.	I am aware that the commission payable under sales and marketing plan is not fixed and may vary from time to time at the discretion of joinus infoservices (India) pvt.ltd. My commission will be determined by the company from time to time which will be entirely based on my effort s in selling company package and performance assessed by joinus infoservices (India) pvt.ltd in terms of any active role towards business development.

6.	I know that the joinus infoservices (India) pvt.ltd. IBA ship is not an employment or job or quick rich scheme and does not guarantee any monthly or fixed income.

7.	All disputes shall be subjected to jurisdiction of competent court in Bangalore Karnataka respective of whether court in other areas have concurrent or similar jurisdiction.

8.	I am registering myself with this company after reading all the rules and regulation and I am happy with this agreement.

9.	4 photograph, 1 copy of passport, or address proof, and resume/database,

10.	If company will find any illegal documents, then company will take a strict action on that member and registration will be cancelled

11.	I will be responsible for complying with all statutory and legal requirements, like sales taxes, income taxes and under all the other respective local laws, as may be applicable to me from time to time and obtaining all the license and registration as may be required to run my business as an IBA.

12.	I declare that at all times my acts and deeds shall be to keep –up and enhance the reputation of JISIPL .I will not be changed in high pressure selling and will be courteous to the customers and must at all times make fair representation of the sales and marketing plan and its products faithfully and without any inducement.

13.	I know that while explaining the business plan to me, the person who has recommended me or my indemnifier may use some examples and figures of earnings. I understand that such figures are only examples and should not be considered as a commitment or representations or guarantees or projections of gross or not earnings.
